Typical Electroformed Waveguide.

We can produce any electroformed waveguide components from space qualified high bend moment to ground based low intermod horn-omt-filter assemblies. Materials used are copper, nickel, silver and gold as well as multiple material layering. Flanges, Septums, Irises and other Components can be electroformed, soldered or brazed in place.  If you can design it we can electroform it.
