We are a complete Electroforming service center for all types of parts. With over 25
years in the industry, we can produce the most complex pieces with quality and on time
delivery. We can also develop custom processes if you have a unique requirement.
- NICKEL ELECTROFORMING
- We offer several types of nickel for various applications. Available baths are straight
sulfamate nickel/cobalt sulfamate and watts nickel.
- COPPER ELECTROFORMING
- We offer several types of copper for various applications. Available baths are straight
acid, high throw, high strength and diamond turnable.
- PLATING
- We offer the following platings for the finishing of electroforms: Nickel, Copper,
Silver, Rhodium and Gold. We do not offer contract plating of articles other than
electroforms at this time!
- FINISHING
- We offer the following finishing services: Painting, Chromate conversion, Bead blasting
and Black copper oxide.
- CONSULTING
- If you require a consultant for your captive in house Electroforming shop we can help.
- ELECTROFORMING
- We offer a general electroforming service for any type of product.
