Capabilities

We can produce any nickel based electroform from your supplied mandrel or we can manufacture the mandrel from your print. Mandrel materials include Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Polyester, Rubber, Glass and many others.

Nickel Sulfamate
This is our standard nickel for general electroforming, we can handle part sizes up to 6 feet by 3 feet.
Nickel/Cobalt
This material is hard and tough for the more demanding applications such as injection mold inserts  and leading edge abrasion sheaths.
